It's official! We have a signed purchase agreement on a home in Savage. We couldn't be more excited! We have always bought older homes and done (extensive!) renovations on them. This time around we are buying new construction. The home is about 80% complete. We got it just in time to pick out some of the finishes and make some changes to the kitchen. A tentative move-in date is scheduled for mid-December. All of this fun news makes for two pretty excited little girls and a giddy momma!
I have only taken these three pictures so far, but above is the view from the kitchen into the living room.
The master bedroom with its own bathroom. We've never had a walk in closet before! I love that there are mature trees on the lot and we can see them from our bedroom.
